Using Label Overrides

As of June 1 2026, you can now override labels in ProCalX using the new Label Overrides screen.

Administrator users can access this via Administration - Label Overrides:

Using the screen

1. Type search values in the search box. This will automatically filter the entire list of labels, Keys and override values.
2. To edit a specific label, check the Edit button and Confirm the individual override with the save icon
   
3. Cancel the edit with the x icon
4. To remove an override, simply hit the "Delete" icon next to an overridden label
   

Important Notes

• Overrides are per-language, per-Organizational Unit. They are not carried through other languages and other lower Org Units at this time.
• They do not currently edit Report content, please contact your account manager if you need custom reporting assistance
• You can also sort the override value in the grid to more easily see what labels have been overridden, either all together or using your current search filter.
