Overview
The ProcalX Dashboard provides a centralized view of your calibration program, allowing users to quickly assess asset activity, calibration performance, and schedule status from a single screen. It serves as the starting point for monitoring key metrics and identifying items that may require attention.
The dashboard comes equipped with basic counts of assets, clickable filter of results YTD, and an interactive calibration schedule overview to easily identify overdue, coming due, and on time assets. It also gives the users a comparison of YoY calibration performance. There are no user-based customizations or configuration options at this time.
Assets
Displays the total number of assets currently tracked in the system. The indicator beneath the count shows whether the number of assets has increased or decreased compared to the previous month.
Results YTD
Shows the number of calibration results recorded year-to-date. This metric provides a quick snapshot of calibration activity and overall workload for the current year.
Calibration Schedule Overview
Provides a visual summary of calibration schedule compliance using color-coded status indicators:
- Green (On-Time) – Assets scheduled and completed within the required calibration timeframe.
- Orange (< 60 Days) – Assets approaching their calibration due date within the next 60 days.
- Red (Overdue) – Assets that have exceeded their calibration due date and require immediate attention.
This overview helps users quickly identify potential compliance risks and prioritize upcoming work.
Year-over-Year Calibration Count
Displays a monthly comparison of calibration activity between the current year and the previous year. The chart helps users:
- Track calibration trends over time.
- Compare current-year performance against the previous year.
- Identify seasonal fluctuations or changes in calibration volume.
- Measure program growth and operational efficiency.
