Navigation Basics

Assets

Selecting the Assets tab from the left-hand navigation bar will open the Asset index view.  This gives a spreadsheet style table of up to 50 assets at a time.  This page has a filter box with various options where you can search by asset type and other fields.  You can also search for a specific Asset ID, Name, or Serial Number.

Page options:

- This button will open the columns page where you can customize your asset index page with specific                     fields and put them in a specific layout order.

- When an asset is selected, clicking the trash can icon will delete the selected records.

 - This button will export the current grid into an Excel file that can be downloaded and used for analysis.

From the asset index page, you also have a host of quick options by right-clicking on any given asset.  You can View Asset which opens the general asset information in a small vertical window on the right-hand side.  In addition, you can also start a calibration directly from this page by clicking Start Calibration.  The right-click feature also includes options to manage the assets, allowing you to easily clone, delete, transfer it to another OU (organizational unit, if you purchased the ProCalX Pro edition).

Results

Clicking the Results tab from the left-hand navigation bar, you will open the Result index view.  Like the assets page, the results will appear in a spreadsheet style table of up to 50 results at a time.  This page also has options to configure the columns visible and their order, delete specific result records, and export the grid to an Excel sheet that can be downloaded for analysis.

Right-clicking on any given record also provides a few quick options for the user.  Selecting the View Result will open a vertical panel on the right hand side displaying the general calibration activity information.  You can also directly open a Calibration Certificate report for a specific calibration from this menu.
