After October 16th, 2024, when PCX single-sign on back end functions are released, you will notice a slight change in the PCX sign in form:
During your first sign-in to https://pcx.primetechpa.com/ you may encounter an error
“Your password is incorrect”
Or
“We can't seem to find your account”
This is due to a need to re-set your password using the new authentication system of PCX, Microsoft B2C. This is done through the sign up process.
To set your password:
- Click “Sign up now”
- Enter your Email and click “Send Verification Code”
- Wait for Verification Code in your email.
- The email will be from similar to:
“Microsoft on behalf of PCX Production <msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com>”
- The email will be from similar to:
- Enter the code and click “Verify code”
- After verify code: click Continue.
Important! If you click “Change e-mail” you will have to wait for another email code. Only do this if the email is not the email you sign in with for PCX!
Enter a New Password into the boxes that appears next. Rules: The password must be between 8 and 64 characters. The password must have at least 3 of the following: - a lowercase letter - an uppercase letter - a digit - a symbol - Match it with the Confirm New Password.
- Display Name can be any name you want. NOTE: If you have been in PCX already, this value is not used. It is only used for brand-new users.
- Save the record with the “Create” button
- The application will sign you into the PCX environment right after this process.
NOTE: You can usually use your existing password, but it must be entered into this system to confirm it via this Sign Up process.
Now you may sign into https://pcx.primetechpa.com/ Using your Email Address and updated Password or use the Single sign-on link that has been created for your organization.
