Overview
In the ProCalX Pro edition, administrators can configure multiple Organizational Units (OUs) within a hierarchical structure. This allows organizations to model their business structure, control data access, and manage users more effectively.
Maintaining the list of users and the OUs they can access is vital to smooth business operations. Proper OU membership ensures users have access to the locations, assets, and records they need while preventing unauthorized access to data outside of their responsibilities.
Prerequisites
Before managing OU members, ensure that:
- The Organizational Unit has already been created.
- You have administrative privileges for the OU.
The users you wish to add exists in the system.

- Locate the OU and click the 'User' icon.
- This will open the Manage Members screen.
