Forgot your password or unable to access your account? You will be able to use our forgot password link available on the login screen.
After selecting the ‘Forgot your password?’ button, you will enter your email address to send a verification code.
Next you can check your email for your Microsoft email and copy the verification code into the ‘verification code’ box. If you did not receive an email you can select ‘Send new code’ button to retry.
Click continue and you can configure a new password.

- An uppercase letter
- A digit
- A symbol
