There is an option on the Company screen, that when checked, will Not show Test Instruments on the Calibration screen. If you have Test Instruments that are no longer in use, then most likely you would Not want them selected as a Standard that was used for a Calibration.
When Test Instruments have a a Non-Active Status, see below, it will not appear in the List for selection.
