There was an error deactivating the database during the uninstallation process. On the old computer, please go to C:\DPCTrack21\Data21, zip up the DPCTrack2.mdb file, and send it to me. I'll need to manually remove the activation lock from the database before we continue.


After you send in the file, you may also install DPCTrack2 on the new computer, but after it is installed do not launch it yet. We will need to make sure your database file is in the correct place before running the program on the new computer.
