Filtering starts with opening the Assets or Results screen so the grid of all Assets/Results are in view.

  • By default the Assets grid will display All Assets with the columns of:
    • Category
    • ID
    • Description
    • Manufacturer
    • Model

  • By default the Results grid will display All Results with the columns of:
    • Category
    • Result Date
    • Asset ID
    • As Found Result
    • As Left Result

  • To add additional columns to the grid, select the Grid button on the far right.
  • A drop down, scroll-able list of additional columns to add appears, checking a box will add it to the grid, un-checking will remove from the grid.

  • ASSETS SCREEN ONLY: To change the grid to only display Test Standards or Instruments, instead of All Assets, select the drop down arrow next to "All Assets".  Selecting an option will change the findings in the grid.

  • To add additional, custom filters, select the "Add Filter" button.
  • Three (3) additional fields will appear.
    • The first drop down is a list of columns you are able to query upon.
    • The second drop down is a list of actionable operations you will use to search.
    • The third field is a blank text field that you will be able to type whatever value better helps you find the records you want in view.

  • There is no limit on the number of filters you are able to apply.
  • When you set the filter up there are two options Apply and Cancel
    • Cancel will remove the filter from add mode
    • Apply will apply the filter to the grid, upon hitting Apply the Record Count will be updated as well as displaying the custom filter that was applied.
  • Setting up a filter is not case sensitive
    • EXAMPLE: "HONEYWELL" is the manufacture assigned to an Asset, when setting up the filter "honeywell" will find the same results as "HONEYWELL"

  • To remove an individual filter, click the "-" icon next to the custom filter.

  • To remove all filters, click the "Clear All Filters" button
    • These options only appear when a filter has been applied.
