For Starter Edition there are four (4) reports available:

  • Calibration Certificate Report-Detailed results of a Calibration
    • The Calibration Certificate Report documents critical information about an Instrument and its associated calibration(s). 
    • EXAMPLE: Show me the evidence of a completed calibration result that was done on 07/27/2018 for Instrument PT-200.
  • Items Due Report-Assets due in a given date range plus additional filters
    • The Items Due Report provides a comprehensive list of Assets, based on a date range, that are coming due for calibration based on the Assets Due Date, in addition to specifics about the Asset(s).
    • EXAMPLE: Show me a list of Instruments that are due in the month of August (Due Date from 08/01/2018, Due Date To 08/31/2018)
  • Reverse Traceability Report-Lists Results where a given Test Standard was used
    • The Reverse Traceability Report tracks the work related to the Test Standards used during a given calibration; the report will list all the calibration results that were associated with a Test Standard over a given amount of time.
    • EXAMPLE: Show me all of the calibrations that have been done over the past year where Test Standard ID: DPC753-A, was used.
  • Work History Report-History of tracked results by date range plus additional filters
    • The Work History Report will list a series of work that has been completed based on a time period and/or a specific Instrument ID.
    • EXAMPLE: Show me all of the work that has been completed in the month of July (Result Date From 07/01/2018, Result Date To 07/31/2018) for Instrument ID: PT-100.

  • By selecting the report name, the Parameters of the report (which are specific to each report) appear.

  • Depending on the Report, some of the Parameters are required, others are not.
    • Using your mouse to hover over the "?" will give you a hint to what the parameter is for.
    • EXAMPLE: Hovering over the Instrument ID hint on the Work History Report, provides the following hint: "Optional: Filter to only include Results entered for this Instrument, leave blank to show all Results in the date Range
  • Once the Parameters are set to the specifics you need, you will click the Preview button.
    • Clicking the Cancel button takes you back to the list of Reports
  • Clicking the Preview button will display a Preview of the report to you within your browser, in addition to provide you with two (2) additional options.
    • Export
    • Cancel
  • To Print the report, you should do it directly from the Preview, depending on the browser you are using you will need to invoke the printing differently
    • Chrome/Firefox - there will be a print icon in the right corner of the preview
    • Internet Explorer - you will need to right click within the preview and then select the print option
      • May need to export the report to a PDF to print.

  • NOTE: Un-checking the Headers and Footers printing option will remove the URL from the printed report.
  • NOTE: Check the Layout Orientation for each report (some are displayed better set as Landscape, some Portrait)

  • Selecting the Export button provides you with two (2) additional options:
    • PDF
    • XLS
  • Clicking the PDF or XLS option will download the report to your local computer.

  • Selecting the Cancel button closes the print preview and returns you back to the Report Parameters screen, with the previously set parameters removed.
