If you have forgotten the password to sign in to your PCX account and/or DeviceSync login, you can reset it at anytime by going to the PCX login page; <baseurl>.primepcx.com.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Once you are prompted with the Forgot Password screen, input your email
- Verify you are not a robot and click Submit, which in turn will return you to the Login screen with a prompt to "Please check your email for further instructions".
- Check your email inbox for a new message from email@example.com and click the link to reset your password.
- Once you click the Reset My Password, are prompted with the Reset Password screen, input your new password and click Change Password.
- You will be prompted to sign in with your new password to verify the change.
